Omura provided us with excellent customer service in the jewelry department. Despite the language barrier, he provided us with the professional and patient service that Japan is known for. When we come again, we will look for him.
Dylan Chan has quite good service ! Nice and kind! Itβs such a surprise in Komehyo Shinjuku has Cantonese and Chinese language service staff.
I came here with my aunt and we bought a watch with the salesperson, Matsui. π She was extremely friendly and super helpful. She was very knowledgeable in all the watches and accommodating with the language barrier. There were plenty of Cartier, Omega, Rolex, etc watches. There are multiple floors of jewelry. Some had additional discounts. I would recommend anyone looking for second hand jewelry in great quality to come here. The service and quality was 11/10.
Visited this store after almost 4 years. Nothing much has changed. Great prices. Some amazing watches. And an extremely responsive and patient staff. Doesn't get any better. Unfortunately, I couldn't pull the trigger on the blancpain because I had already committed to another piece.... next time for sure π
Great selection for all price ranges. They have watches from ~$100USD all the way to near $100,000USD. Bought a beautiful Seiko here on vacation after going into dozens and dozens of different watch stores over a week. They were the first one I saw with a properly good selection at fair prices. They were also the only ones who welcomed us with open arms and were extremely friendly to us, even as foreigners. I will definitely go back next time I find myself in Japan. They deserve your support!
