The chick at the counter just had the worst attitude! She really did not want to serve me and went out of her way to try and take the clothes from the lady behind me so she could serve her, but she was actually waiting for the fitting room... Not sure if this is because I'm a foreigner or what... Please fix your customer service, even a small smile and hello would be nice! The store is pretty small but has a variety of clothing and shoes, and the prices are pretty average.
Quality of some products are there but the price not much different from new. It is tax-free shop and it has branded goods for women at first floor and men at second floor.
Seller refuse categorically to talk to me even tho I'm trying my to speak japanese seem like the staff doesn't like stranger. To foreigner avoid this shop they have way better sellers in harakuju.
