If you're going to talk to someone while they're wearing earphones, I think you'd be more likely to notice if you came directly in front of them. It's worrying to think that there are staff working there who just speak like children, and who are only motivated by their emotions. I think that as a customer service worker, you should think about how you treat customers in the future.”
