“Always good customer service, clean, many options”

“Feedback on customer service To the person in charge at Trefac Style I recently visited your store and purchased a vintage Chanel skirt. The product itself was very nice, and after checking several things myself, I was convinced that it was genuine before purchasing it. I appreciate that you handle such special items. However, there was something I was a little disappointed with regarding the customer service, so I am contacting you to share it as feedback. Before purchasing, I asked if the product had been verified for authenticity (I asked in Japanese using Google Translate), but I got the impression that they did not take my question seriously, and instead brushed me off. I was honestly surprised by the difference, because at other shops in Japan, I was treated politely and kindly, even with the language barrier. Of course, I do not intend to expect luxury brand-level service at a thrift shop, but I believe that basic courtesy and an attitude of listening to customers' questions are important in any retail store. I was able to decide to purchase because I had knowledge of the product myself, but if I had not, I would have passed on the purchase after receiving the same treatment this time. I think that Trefac Style's product lineup and concept are very attractive, so I hope that they will continue to work on improving their customer service in the future. “Not only were the staff friendly and the service was great, but I think all the items were much cheaper than the market price. The store isn't that big but it's easy to look around and there was a wide variety of items. There were mirrors in various places which made it easy to match items. Rather than select clothing, there were a lot of vintage second-hand clothes, probably because it's close to Sangenjaya.”
