However, she bumped my purchase into the car and didn't say a word even though she noticed. After placing the item near my car, she just bowed to me or not and went back to the store. Can't you do something about your customer service attitude? If this doesn't improve, I will contact headquarters.”

“I had a pair of leather pants I was going to throw away and a Harley blouson I got from my cousin appraised for sale, and got 8,000 yen for both items, but with a 20% increase in the purchase price for new members, I got 9,600 yen.
