“wanted to buy something there, but one guy with long hair (apparently the manager) was rude and unfriendly, wasn’t feeling it anymore then. ++ to expensive, some items damaged with high price tag also”

“while i stay at Muji Hotel for a month and i found this store next to my hotel . day 1 ( 07/11/23 ) i bought many nice clothers ( 7 items , like dior sweater , givenchy sweater , and many more ) the 1st time was excellent service and really friendly. until i came by today for the 2nd time ( today 08/11/23 ) because i want to shop more items , i go up to the second floor for shop again , while iam checking the items there was a server man with a very long hair was so rude and arrogant service&look ( act like he’s the boss there ) i felt really uncomfortable , and all of sudden i dont have the mood to shop anymore and because of the bad service i feel like not coming back , so disappointed ! So hopefully the manager can read this and be carefull of the service , especially note for the man with long black hair who service 2nd floor arround 7pm-8pm . ( because of this nice store can lose a loyal customer ) thank you”

“Ragtag may not be the cheapest, the coolest or largest, but there is something for every wallet. And the selection is always top-notch. The Ginza store is my favourite of all: small enough to be intimate.”

“The products are reasonably priced compared to second-hand items of similar quality. There is a wide selection of products to choose from and the customer service is good, especially the female staff on the first floor in the Her Casual department.”
