“This is a little atelier. They make and sell kimonos that are elegant (cotton, mousseline, silk). Plus fancy accessories such as geta, obi, fan. There are some male products. A very fine place with tatami mats and some décor. The prices aren't that high, given the quality and style. One reference for kimonos... We missed the french speaking owner, though the lady there treated us with care and let us try many styles. Plus the explaination about the mysterious way to dress the obi (kimono's belt) Funny, interesting, not expensive”
“Last day I visited Akane Kimono shop to check my dress. There are various kind of stuff stored not only kimono like traditional shoes, accessory, tabi-socks etc. I liked to see Yukata(room wear) which is vintage color and 3 floors location was tasteful! Super recommend to do shopping souvenir and gift and same time you can experience of Ninja!”
