“Very bad experience. I brought a bag with 5 items, among them 2 items in a very good condition. I was given 10¥ for the whole bag (yes it’s not a joke). The contract is not clear about the fact you will be given only 10¥ because of very used items EVEN if there are also good clothes. This is not honest at all. Though, the staff was cordial and nice. In my opinion, it’s rather worth to give used clothes to a charity organization...”

“I wouldn’t recommend going there to sell your clothes. You are forced to accept whatever price they decide, and can’t take your items back if you the offer doesn’t suit you. I brought 2 high value items and was offered ¥500 in cash (seriously?!). I managed to get them back after insisting that the system wasn’t fair as they force you to agree before even knowing their offer. Right after leaving I went to a different shop were I was offered ¥3000 in cash (6 times more money) for the same items!”
