“It's already famous, but it's actually a precious vintage shop that only I want to know about. This is a store that I fell in love with while walking along Sanjo Street, where vintage shops are gathered in Kyoto. It's adjacent to a vintage shop called 317. The first floor is 317. If you go to the 2nd floor of the stairs right next to the store, not the 2nd floor inside the 317 shop, you will find a shop called Grass. I don't know if it was the owner, but I finished shopping happily thanks to the recommendation and consideration of the very friendly and cute male employee. I spoke a little Japanese, so I was able to hear the explanation of the clothes, and if I didn't understand, they also explained it in English. They are also great at recommending clothes. The employee said that the denim jacket I bought was like a child's clothes because it was brought directly from the United States, but that made this trip and the clothes even more special. It felt like living a memory. As expected, vintage seems to live for this taste. This is a store I definitely want to stop by if I come to Kyoto again. On the day I returned, I stopped by one more time. This time it was a different staff member, but they were just as friendly. The staff here and at 317 are all friendly and nice. If I had more time, I would have liked to visit a few more times, but it's a shame.”

“During Silver Week 2020, I researched this shop online and came all the way from Gifu. At first glance, the atmosphere was difficult to enter, and the staff were so unique that I honestly thought they were the type I wouldn't like, but I came across a wonderful denim jacket from the 1960s (pictured). I was surprised by the staff's gentle and friendly customer service attitude, contrary to their appearance, but they were also very knowledgeable about the products, so I was able to make a purchase decision with confidence. This was my first time trying denim on denim, and I was very satisfied with my purchase. It's worth visiting even from far away, and the prices are reasonable considering the products on display.
