“THE worst experience in thrift shop in my entire life ! One advice don’t even go there otherwise you will lose lifespan. The staff is incompetent and don’t see to give a heck when they lose your stuff and can’t even try to excuse their mistakes afterwards.”

“I used to go to this store often for their various styles in clothes, but my last experience has been very bad and I probably won't come back. The other day, I picked up a denim Calvin Klein skirt (rare in this store) and after trying it on, an employee offers to leave it behind the counter for me so I can browse more freely and I'd just need to come back to the cash register to purchase it. This isn't the first time they do this so I say yes. When I go back and ask for it, another male employee can't find it, pretends to look for it and leaves to talk with his coworker about god knows what. 5 mins later, a female employee tells me they somehow MISTOOK the skirt for a denim SHIRT that another customer had reserved as well, and SOLD IT to them instead of me. She tells me they'd call me back if the customer brings it back and then apologizes. Of course, nothing came through. However, the employee responsible for the mistake never looked at me and didn't even apologize. Awful manners from the male employees and one can't even differentiate a skirt from a shirt. They don't seem to check the very items they're selling. How can one make such a basic mistake and still be employed there? I guarantee a formal apology would've been issued quickly if I hadn't been a foreigner. On top of that their prices are too high for the kind of clothes they're selling.”

“Really cool store with many aesthetic items. Lots of accessories and jackets/sweaters. The store is kind of dark, so it can be a bit hard to see. The staff on my visit were all kind and friendly. The store accepts card. Items were a bit pricier, but I've come to expect that from Japanese thrifting.”

“The store clerk guided me to the perfect item, and although I was concerned about the condition of the item, she explained that if there were any holes or stains, they would be marked, so I felt safe purchasing. I bought it for just under 20,000 yen, which is expensive for second-hand clothes, but when I brought it home, there was a hole in it. It's my fault for not being able to fully check because the store was dimly lit, but if that's the case, please don't explain that if there is a hole, it's marked. I explained the situation over the phone, but I was told that although the guidance regarding holes and stains was poor, it was normal for old clothes to have holes, so I dismissed the staff's fault and said that I could not return the item. I felt really sad because it was such an expensive purchase. I posted this because I don't want anyone to feel the same way. Please be careful when buying used clothes here.”

“The store is fairly large and has children's clothing, as well as a wide selection of ladies' dresses, colored pants (I want them), shoes, accessories, and T-shirts. I was interested in the men's RALPH LAUREN shirt, so I would like to go see it again.”
