I like second-hand clothing and go around a lot, so I don't really mind if the staff have a bad attitude, but I felt that this store's customer service was on a different level to other second-hand clothing stores. I felt that this was a rare second-hand clothing store where the staff went out of their way to talk to you, but I didn't like the fact that they spoke to me in a derogatory tone. A staff member should never be condescending towards anyone, no matter who they are. I'm not saying that other people shouldn't go there, but at least I'm never going there again. It's the worst.”
