It's a scam system where they assume that you will purchase if you ask for a mail-in kit. I've never heard of such a system at other purchase stores. If you're a fan of brands, you should avoid asking this store for help. In this day and age when anyone can see prices on Mercari and Yahoo! Auctions, it's a miracle they can offer such an appraisal price lol”
