“When I was trying on the clothes, a staff member who was on the short side told me, ``There's someone waiting, so please come early.'' I was surprised because it was the first time I had been directly rushed like that, including from other brands. I also thought that if you wanted them to leave quickly, you should be more considerate, such as unbuttoning the clothes you are trying on and taking them off the hangers before handing them over. To be honest, I had a hard time trying on the clothes because the buttons were difficult to unbutton and they were handed to me as is. I felt very disappointed that even a layman could understand that they couldn't take such care and the brand was cute. I would like to see more effort put into training the staff.”
