When I wanted to use the purchased bag right away, she offered to give me a shopping bag to hold my current one, very caring. She also showed me around other stuff at the third floor. Their website is very helpful. I searched online last night and found the bag I like. Then just show them what I found online when I got to the store, they quickly located it and let me try on. Price is good too. The online price is after tax so we presented passport as visitors to get tax free! We will definitely come again if we want other luxuries next time visiting Tokyo.”
